Welcome, Month of May!

This month always brings a smile to my face and fills my heart with joy. The flowers are blooming, and it marks the exciting beginning of summer’s arrival. The flowers are starting to bloom and summer is in the air.

May is also a month brimming with celebrations and milestones, beginning with Cinco de Mayo—perfectly landing on Taco Tuesday this year. For me, tacos, chips and salsa, and a margarita are the perfect way to celebrate!

We also honor all mothers on Mother’s Day, May 10th. I’m truly grateful to still have my vibrant and beautiful mother and mother-in-law in my life. A big salute to all the amazing “moms” out there!

It is also graduation season—a special time to cheer on students as they achieve important academic goals and embark on exciting new journeys.

As we approach Memorial Day, we pause to remember and honor those who have served our country. Here in Boulder, the Bolder Boulder race is a cherished Memorial Day tradition, bringing the community together for a spirited and inspiring event. Whether you’re running, volunteering, or cheering from the sidelines, it’s a great way to celebrate health, community, and remembrance.
