"Nancy Hastings is simply the best! Experience with her re-reminded me of why I am a State Farm customer :-) I do not work through this office directly (I live in Colorado Springs) but I needed their help with something specific that only they could help with (something boulder specific) and they went so above and beyond when they didn’t need to. I love how this office cares a lot about people as people (not just as customers) and if I lived in boulder—I’d want this office 10/10!! :-) thanks Nancy!! Also as a side note—I am about to move to CA and was looking into other insurance companies, but this experience reminded me of why I prefer State Farm-kindness, community, care! :) no more looking out of curiosity!
