As we welcome the festive season, I can't help but feel a wave of excitement. The Advent season of my childhood was filled with cherished traditions—decorating the Christmas tree, baking our family favorite cookies known as biscochitos, attending church on Christmas Eve, singing carols, and cozying up with holiday movies. Reflecting on these delightful memories warms my heart. This year, I’m looking forward to traveling to Florida to spend time with family.

I also eagerly anticipate the gatherings in Boulder too. If you haven’t had the chance to visit the Hotel Boulderado to admire their stunning Christmas tree in the lobby, I highly recommend it. I am also attending the Holiday Festival at Mackey Auditorium for the first time.

It's heartwarming to think back to when I moved here in December 2000 to establish my insurance agency in the beautiful city of Boulder, Colorado. Before that, I spent several years with State Farm, beginning in 1995. This journey has been a true blessing. Throughout my time here, I have enjoyed helping my policyholders and raising awareness about the critical role insurance plays in safeguarding families' financial security.

My office wants to take a moment to express our gratitude for our wonderful community. This time of year reminds us of the importance of family, friends, community and support.
